Possessing prior knowledge of medical issues is a prerequisite.

  • Coding experience with ICD 10.
  • Excellent analytical typing skills.
  • Obtain a degree in any field.
  • Must feel at ease conversing with clients and vendors over the phone.
  • A strong background in registration, charge input, claim submission, payment posting, and denial processing is required.
  • Possess strong processing skills for insurance claims and medical billing.
  • Verifying the insurance coverage of the patient.
  • Knowledgeable with CPT and ICD codes.
  • Comprehend medical coding documentation.
  • Get patient information and identification.

Experience / Qualifications: Gathering pertinent data from medical records.

  • Communicating to get information clarified with doctors and other parties.
  • Checking documents for information that is missing.
  • ASA, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and CPT codes are assigned.
  • Determining DRG and APC codes.
  • Making certain that documents are free of typographical errors and have proper grammar.
  • Conducting audits of charts.
  • Providing medical coding guidance and instruction to workers and doctors.
  • Reporting problems with the computer software and equipment to the supervisor.
  • Ensuring adherence to rules and regulations regarding medical coding.
  • Extract data from the paperwork and apply the relevant ICD-10 codes.

Experience / Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or a similar discipline is required.

  • Competent with medical office software and all Microsoft Office apps.   

  • Demonstrated expertise in billing for healthcare.

  • Solid understanding of health insurance companies.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • The capacity to function in a hectic setting.

Experience / Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English communication is a prerequisite.

  • Applicants may be any graduate or postgraduat.

  • Working satisfactorily in the US Night shift (6:30 PM–3:30 AM) shift.

  • Undergraduates who have worked in a BPO for longer than six months may be eligible. 

  • In charge of contacting US insurance providers and following up on unpaid accounts receivable.

  • Recognize the project’s specs and the needs of the client.

  • Make sure the output meets the client’s quality criteria.

  • Telephonic inquiries to insurance companies regarding the status of claims and eligibility.

  • Denying documentation and pursuing additional measures.

  • Continue to keep each person’s daily logs.

  • Carries out specified work and meets deadlines accurately and quickly in accordance with customer SLAs.

  • Collaborate well in a group environment and support teammates in achieving objectives

Experience / Requirements:

  • Make sure the allocated clients are satisfied with the revenue collections.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly dashboards and respond to client inquiries.
  • Keep in constant contact with all decision-makers on behalf of the client; meet all client requirements as specified in the MSA.
  • Hold customers responsible for ineffective internal procedures.
  • As needed, make on-site visits to clients in order to improve connections and workflow.
